Our six month anniversary!

Jon and I celebrated our six month anniversary in Atlanta with his family.  We were there for Jon's brother Jeff's 30th birthday as a surprise the entire family flew out.  This picture was taken just a few days after Jon and I learned that we are having a baby.

These are some pictures from our 20 week ultrasound.  Every time I look at them I well up with this indescribable feeling of love for our little one.  I can't wait to meet you baby!

So at the end of April we learned that we are expecting our first little bundle.  So much time has gone by since then and we've crossed so many milestones.  Here's a look at my growth- physically that is.  Jon likes to take a picture every week or so to document my changing figure.

New Years 2009!

For New Years last year we joined the Hine siblings and sig-o's for some Big Sur fun.  We did some hiking and played some board games and ate a ton of food.  We had one "rained out" day so we got a little cabin fever and things got a little out of control.  It was an awsome weekend!

I haven't blogged in a really long time so I'm going to attempt a montage of the last year of our life.  I am starting with the oldest pictures on my camera and moving forward.  As it turns out, the oldest pics are of my 30th birthday '08.  Let me set the scene.  Two weeks before our wedding day, me- a mildly stressed bride, Jon- the sweetest husband-to-be ever.  He took me away to escape it all in Big Sur.  We rented a tiny cabin in the woods, hiked, built fires, cooked out but spared no expense on gourmet meals of lobster and filet mignon.  It was the perfect get away before our big day and I will never forget some of the special moments we shared on our last vacation as engaged people.
